Class details

When it comes to strength training, progression is many times shoved aside. At Smarter Fitness Gym, we believe if more people paid attention to strength training progression, there would be more people seeing results with no injuries. We have each individual test the key strength movements, instead of jumping straight into workouts. The client will use those numbers to customize their workouts based on their individual strengths, allowing them to safely complete each workout and hit their fitness goals.

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 5:30 AM – 1:00 PM

  • Sunday: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
