Class details

We have a handful of Certified Yoga Instructors at Smarter Fitness. Each instructor is a little bit different than other, giving our members a variety of different styles of Yoga. All of the yoga instructors have the same key focus: Strengthen your core and increase overall flexibility. We believe that routine stretching is an integral part in preventative maintenance and plays a major role in recovery. These 55 minute sessions are a great way to avoid injuries and challenge your muscles outside of your normal fitness routine.
